4. Community Standards
All users must respect the community by:

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Smash offers both free and paid premium packages, including:

Features may include enhanced visibility, unlimited swipes, private access, VIP networking, and more.
By subscribing:
You authorize Smash to charge your payment method
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Prices may change; you will be notified in advance
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Smash — logos, brand assets, text, graphics, designs, and software — is the property of Smash.
Users may not:
Copy
Distribute
Modify
Reverse engineer
Create derivative works
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Content Posted by Users
You retain rights to the content you upload, but by posting on Smash you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Reproduce

Distribute
…only for purposes of operating and improving the platform.
Smash may remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Location & Data Usage
